Please note:  The Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, and Manitoba Opera operate their own ticketing services departments.  Please contact them directly for any questions about their events.
For all other events at Centennial Concert Hall, tickets are only available via our website and box office.

After purchase support from our service team is available via email.  When sending us an email, please include the name of show, order number,  and any other order information if you have it.  Our goal is to respond within 1 business day to any requests, but we do prioritze by show date so ask that you ensure the show name is included in your correspondence with us.  Note:  Ticket purchases are a final sale.  Please read the FAQ above for further information.  

Note: If it is the day of your show, and you need help, you can always stop by the box office where they can reprint orders, handle seating concerns, etc.  They are open starting 1 hour before your show starts.  


VISIT THE BOX OFFICE IN PERSON:  The box office is located in the main entrance area of the venue and is open Wednesday to Saturday.  You can order tickets in person at the box office with Cash, Debit Card, or Credit Card.  The box office is also open starting 1 hour before showtimes on event days. The above number is for touring shows and WSO shows only, if your question is related to RWB or Manitoba Opera, please reach out to them directly.

If you have not received your tickets or confirmation e-mail:

If this is your first order with us, it is possible that your e-mail provider has placed our e-mail to you in a quarantine folder (or spam folder, depending on the provider). This means you are not seeing it in your main e-mail and should check that folder. To avoid this in the future, you can usually flag that e-mail as safe, or add to your safe senders list.

If you still can't find an e-mail from us in your spam/junk/quarantine/other folder, you can log in to MY ACCOUNT and have them resent (go to the order history/forward/transfer section). If that still doesn't work, please contact us for assistance at

If you do not get your tickets by day of show, you can always stop at the box office on your way in to our venue and have them reprinted.

Other Important Information

Credit Card Processing and Fraud Protection
We employ stringent fraud protection technology to protect customers and our promoters from fraudulent charges.   When purchasing tickets, please ensure that your billing address and name details in your ticketing account are an exact match to the details your credit card company has for your card.   If your order is rejected, your card company may still place a hold on the amount of the order until they finish their security investigation of your cards usage , so prior to completing your order please double check all of your information.  Orders placed on our site will be labeled as "Manitoba Centennial Centre Corporation" on your statement.
